Very pleased with my experience with Premier Appliance Solutions. I reached out with a dishwasher problem and they sent the technician, Mason, the same day (on a weekend no less). Mason knows what he is doing and diagnosed the problem (a bad user interface board) and came back out to fix it the next day after finding the proper replacement part. Mason and Steve are both very helpful, communicative, and responsive. They know what they are doing, and they are very focused on customer service. I will be reaching out to them again for any future appliance needs.

If anyone needs any appliances please consider Premier Appliance Solutions. I had been searching for a washer and dryer for a while and was getting overwhelmed when I came across their FB page. They have new/used/scratch & dent items and prices were better than what I was seeing at HD and Lowe’s. They are also very honest. When I was going to pick up the appliances they called and said they were doing their final inspection and the dryer i selected wasn’t functioning properly and the other dryer that was similar was also having issues. So they ended up giving me an even nicer dryer and did not charge me extra. They didn’t have to do that but they are all about customer satisfaction. As you can see these are very nice appliances. They have dents on the side but you wouldn’t even know unless you were looking. Support small businesses and check these guys out. I’m glad I did.
