Yes. Our licensed technicians provide safe, reliable delivery and professional installation for every appliance we sell.
How soon can you deliver or install?
Delivery and installation times vary based on inventory and your location. Contact us to schedule your preferred time.
Are there additional fees for delivery or installation?
A flat $199 covers delivery, installation, and removal of your old appliance.
Service & Repairs
Do you provide appliance repair for items we didn’t buy from you?
Yes! We repair appliances for all customers across Carroll, Baltimore, Howard, and Anne Arundel Counties.
Are your technicians licensed and insured?
Absolutely. All our technicians are fully licensed, insured, and experienced.
Do you offer emergency or same-day service?
Yes, we’re available 7 days a week, including emergency service calls, with no upcharges for emergencies.
Warranties & Guarantees
Do your appliances come with a warranty?
All new appliances come with manufacturer warranties. Used and scratch-and-dent appliances come with a limited warranty, which our team will review with you at purchase.
What if my appliance has an issue after installation?
