Mason was able to come out same day- and it wasn't until around noon that I contacted them - and quickly diagnose the issue. On top of that, he had the replacement part he needed in his truck so was able to fix it right away! Mason and Steven from Premier are TOP NOTCH!!! My LG French door fridge was on the fritz. I was frantic at thought of having to buy a new fridge. A friend knew Mason, contacted him and he called me within 30 minutes (at 9 pm I might add). Talk about prompt service. I knew Premier also sold appliances but Mason assured me that their 1st priority was to fix.. replacement was last resort. Set up appt for next morning…We discussed common issues with LG; Mason did some work on problem he detected on back of fridge and suggested we take a wait and see approach. Put some new items in freezer to see if anything happened. Talked to Steven about replacement if necessary and he again reiterated their commitment to repair…no pressure to Buy, Buy, Buy. He agreed to forward me pics/info on available options. I was ready to pull the trigger on new fridge but at end of day noticed that items I had put in freezer were freezing. Called Steven and he was more elated than I was. I wanted another day to see if fix was permanent and he was ok with that…would hold fridge I was interested in. Well a nominal service call fee turned into a permanent fix.
Mason and Steven should be the “Poster Men” for supporting small businesses. They’re prompt, efficient, courteous and hands down provide to absolute best customer service.

Steve and Mason were amazing! My Maytag dryer sounded like it was taking off it was so loud, so I called and Steve got me on the schedule right away. He even said just from how I described it that he probably knew what was wrong (he turned out to be right!). Mason came out the next day and got everything fixed up and even cleaned the dryer better than it was before! Highly recommend this team if you’ve got an appliance on the fritz! So nice to be able to get something fixed instead of just an expensive replacement!

If anyone needs any appliances please consider Premier Appliance Solutions. I had been searching for a washer and dryer for a while and was getting overwhelmed when I came across their FB page. They have new/used/scratch & dent items and prices were better than what I was seeing at HD and Lowe’s. They are also very honest. When I was going to pick up the appliances they called and said they were doing their final inspection and the dryer i selected wasn’t functioning properly and the other dryer that was similar was also having issues. So they ended up giving me an even nicer dryer and did not charge me extra. They didn’t have to do that but they are all about customer satisfaction. As you can see these are very nice appliances. They have dents on the side but you wouldn’t even know unless you were looking. Support small businesses and check these guys out. I’m glad I did.
